Shipping charges can be highly variable depending on bulk, weight, destination, insurance and other factors so I determine them on a per order basis. There is no minimum order requirement, but orders totaling less than $250.00US pay an $8.00US handling fee (for orders shipped within the continental USA).

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with all purchases from CC Gems. You may return any item, unaltered in any way, which fails to meet your approval within 15 days of receipt - for a refund, shipping and handling charges excluded.

We understand that there is no substitute for a first hand inspection of gemstones and other one-of-a-kind items. If you should order something that isn't what you exected we will happily refund your purchase (less those pesky S&H fees).
